LAWRA collects briefing-request information only to respond to private enquiries, scope controlled pilots, and evaluate appropriate follow-up.

Do not submit confidential case material, passenger personal data, or internal airline documents through the public form. Data boundaries for any evaluation are agreed separately during pilot scoping.

If a webhook integration is configured, form submissions are delivered to the configured endpoint. Otherwise, the site prepares an email for the visitor to send through their own mail client.
